A Dairy-free Frozen Dessert
Traditionally made from puréed fruit or fruit juice mixed with water and sugar, sorbets are a refreshing treat.

Containing no dairy, Baboo's sorbets are lactose-free and suitable for vegans.

As with their gelato Baboo use fresh seasonal fruit from local farms where possible. For example, the plum sorbet is made with Czar and Victoria plums from a local Fruit Farm in Somerset.

This means many of the sorbet flavours are seasonal and naturally will not be available all year round.

Fresh rhubarb from the 'Yorkshire Triangle' is pureed into Baboo's rhubarb sorbet, after it has been washed, chopped and roasted with fresh ginger and orange juice
Joanna's Gelato generally stocks 10 flavours in the van at any one time, 2 of which are usually sorbets.
If you would like us to attend your event, you will be able to choose which flavours we supply when booking.
Joanna's Gelato use UK-made waffle cones, gluten-free cones and biodegradable tubs and spoons.
